CAN I SEND A GIFT OR PACKAGE OR SUITCASE WITH YOUR SERVICE?

You can send gifts, packages and luggage items. However luggage items such as bags, suitcases must be locked. If you send the bags or suitcases that is not locked will not be taken by driver unless you provide your consent.

DO I HAVE TO PACK IT BEFORE SENDING?

You can chose to wrap your parcel and seal it with tape all over the parcel so that it wouldn‘t unseal during the transit. However HurryR offers packaging service for some charge.

Our delivery associate will wrap your item with standard quality shipping material when they arrive for pickup. So that your parcel will stay seal and safe at all times. Please note delivery times may impact depending up on the number of items that need packaging.

WHAT ARE THE ITEMS, I CAN NOT SEND USING HURRYR DELIVERY?

There are few goods that are prohibited to pick and deliver due to health risks, safety and law. If you however need to send the items pertaining to the below listed or that come under the below listed category, then you may have to deal with confiscation by the concerning agencies/authorities/law enforcement.
  • Hazardeous Goods such as radioactive, flammable, explosive, corrosive, oxidizing, asphyxiating, biohazardous, toxic, pathogenic or allergenic.
  • Concentrated Liquids and dangerous gases
  • Fire Arms/ Weapons/ Knives
  • Money/Keys
  • Goods with particularly high value such as Gold, Silver, Precious stones and Antique art work
  • Live Animals
  • Batteries - excluding dry batteries

HOW DO YOU HANDLE RETURNS?

In a instance when HuryR's delivery associate is unable to reach the the person at drop off location, then the parcel will be returned to HurryR warehouse. In these cases, you need to contact HurryR to arrange a return to the pickup location with additional charges.

ARE MY GOODS INSURED?

Goods that are booked online or using HurryR mobile applications are not insured when we pick them up. If your items are unusually valuable then please call our customer service to place an order as It's important to let us know when booking. So that we will arrange a third party insurance liability in order to have enough insurance coverage for your item.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY WHEN THINGS ARE NOT RIGHT DURING THE TRANSIT?

It is our policy to inform you of any major delays i.e. due to natural calamities, riots, pandemic situations, government emergency, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, fire etc.
